Technical Resource Group to Resell BlueFinity Products

Costa Mesa, Calif.—February 1, 2006—Technical Resource Group (TRG) and BlueFinity International have announced an agreement under which TRG will market and sell BlueFinity's .NET-oriented product set to end-user developers in the North American market. According to Kevin Marshall, President of TRG, mv.NET gave his developers all the desired features at a price that met customer expectations.

"It was the best product out there for what we need," Marshall said. "Our main purpose it to extend the life of companies' MultiValue applications," he explained. "This product allows us to write new software in Visual Basic .NET, C# and Visual Studio and connect to the MultiValue databases. This allows them to leverage their investments with best-of-breed software."

TRG is a Microsoft-Certified Partner with expertise in Pick/MultiValue technology such as D3, Universe, Unidata and jBase.  The company plans on using BlueFinity's products, including mv.NET and Reporting Services Data Connector, to write new business-related software, for example, front-ends for their customers' old legacy systems. In fact, noted Marshall, TRG is already working on two different projects for companies using mv.NET.

"Two customers are having us re-write their software using Visual Studio and mv.NET," he related. "Basically, they're looking for ease of use, especially with training new users, as well as better documentation and a richer experience in terms of functionality. We'll be replacing those old legacy green screens."

mv.NET is a suite of components designed to provide the MultiValue developer with a comprehensive solution to the challenge of creating Microsoft .NET based applications requiring access to MultiValue databases. With support for all major MultiValue platforms, mv.NET allows the developer to use the latest Microsoft technology while still leveraging the traditional benefits of MultiValue functionality.

"The future of legacy applications, which are all green screen, lies in integration with open products in the market place," Bob Markowitz, Sales Executive at BlueFinity, emphasized. "Open products definitely means Microsoft!"
