Technical Resource Group Holds FlashCONNECT Admin Webinar

Santa Ana, Calif.—January 15, 2008 Technical Resource Group (TRG) gave a webinar on FlashConnect Administration this month to clients and prospective clients. FlashCONNECT is the connection pipeline to populate in real-time, a website or browser based application with D3 or mvBase data. D3 and mvBase are database products from Raining Data. FlashCONNECT is also a Raining Data product. TRG, a long time Raining Data reseller, offered this educational webinar at no cost.

The webINR was lead by Jeanette "JJ" Strovink, former Raining Data FlashCONNECT Support Manager, and covered the following topics:

Starting and Stopping of connections
Automatic configuration
Forced shutdowns
Managing the phantom jobs
Files that effect performance
Server Pools - what they are and who needs them
Demystifying Frequency and Heart Beat
Account organization for easy upgrades

The webinar was held on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 10:00am PST and lasted over an hour due to a lengthy question and answer period.
