Technical Resource Group Becomes Pick Systems Reseller to Provide Pick Database Products and Support to Organizations Costa Mesa, Calif.—January 1, 1996—Technical Resource Group (TRG), today announced it has become a reseller for Pick Systems of Irvine, CA. The actual reseller agreement was signed in late in 1995. TRG’s main focus since its inception in 1995 was to migrate organizations that use Pick-based application software to an industry standard system and operating system such as Windows, Linux and AIX. Pick or Multivalue are terms for a popular database model of which Pick Systems is the creator. The D3 database product does run on these operating systems. TRG personnel is very knowledgeable in the products from Pick Systems as the staff has been performing services for database products such as R83 and AP as well as the newly released D3 product. “TRG is prepared to meet the demands of Pick-based and MultiValue-based organizations,” stated Kevin Marshall, president of newly formed TRG. “The actual paper signing was really just a formality as we have being selling and supporting Pick Systems’ products even before TRG was formed,” continued Marshall. Marshall has over 15 years of experience in the Pick/MultiValue marketplace along with his experience in software development and business management. In 1979, Kevin had his first job in the Pick industry as a programmer. Other members of the TRG team have similar Pick experience including programming and application development.
