Our business process analysis services are divided into two functional phases:

Phase I: Assessment

The process begins with a diagnostic visit to identify and prioritize your company's needs, objectives, target market and organizational responsibilities. Phase II: Redesign

After a thorough evaluation in the assessment phase and extensive consideration of the possible alternative methods and practices, re-engineered business process configurations are presented to your company in terms of costs, cycle time, quality, real value added, non-value added, infrastructure, computing, and customer requirements.

Following decision maker approval and selection of recommendations to be adopted, our staff will work hands-on with your employees and management to implement the business process reengineering changes, including methods to benchmark your organizational business processes to provide performance metrics for evaluating your success.
