Software Improvement Management
 

The software you use plays a big part in the success of your organization.  You realize that your existing application software is not doing the job for your organization to grow and improve.  You also realize that the task of deciding what qualities you need in your application software, evaluating/selection software packages and implementation of a new software package is a tremendous task. TRG has the expertise to manage this large task.
 
This task is broken down into 3 phases:
 
Phase 1 - Requirements Discovery
  • Conduct the Management Survey
  • Conduct the Detailed Requirements Study which includes interviews with the key stakeholders
  • Create the Report to Management and Requirements Discovery Report
Phase 2 - Software Evaluation and Selection
  • Identify prospective vendors for inclusion in the software selection process
  • Review software for potential fit with the Requirements Discovery Report
  • Assess identified packages for the amount of change required to bring into alignment with the requirements
  • Outline budget requirements for the software, hardware, conversion and implementation
  • Negotiate with the vendors
  • Final selection and negotiations
Phase 3 - Implementation
  • Manage implementation (conversion, training, and installation)
  • Project Evaluation Report
